This page is maintained by Knight Safety Gear to answer common security and privacy questions about our storefront. It describes the platform we build on, how checkout and payment are handled, what customer data we hold, and how to reach us with a concern. It is not an independent certification or audit report.
Our storefront does not operate a public customer account system. Cart sessions are handled through the Shopify Storefront API and stored in your browser, and payment is completed on Shopify's hosted checkout rather than on pages we control.
Contact form and quote submissions are stored in our backend and used only to answer the request. We do not sell customer information, and we do not run advertising trackers that build profiles across other sites. Analytics is limited to understanding how the storefront is used so that we can improve navigation and product information.
