Built for high-stakes rescue and hoist work, the GRANBERG 2209 combines a durable goatskin palm with a full Kevlar® lining for strong heat, abrasion, and flame protection — with the grip and control emergency operations demand.
The GRANBERG 2209 features a premium goatskin leather palm with a full Kevlar® lining, engineered for durability in demanding rescue environments. It is rated EN 388:2016 (4121B) — with top-level abrasion (4) plus added cut and tear resistance — and EN 407:2004 (412142) for heat and flame, making it well suited to hoist operations and fire-brigade rescue. A high-visibility neoprene back adds fit and visibility; a tactical all-black version is also available.
The 2209 is purpose-built for the heat and friction of rescue work: the goatskin palm and Kevlar® lining stand up to abrasion, heat, and flame while keeping the fit and feel responders need. It carries added cut and tear resistance, but its core strengths are heat, flame, and abrasion.
The GRANBERG 2209 brings goatskin durability and Kevlar® heat, flame, and abrasion protection to demanding rescue and hoist operations. Get the GRANBERG 2209 and other rescue-grade gloves at Knight Safety Gear. Heat-ready. Abrasion-tough. Built for rescue.
