Granberg AS manufactures hand protection for industrial, food processing, healthcare, tactical and leisure use. On this site the range is grouped by the hazard it answers: cut resistant, impact, chemical resistant, welding, winter, assembly, tactical and single use gloves. Each group has its own page, and each glove has a product page with its article number, sizes, materials and standards.
Models are listed by the short number used on this site, such as 592 or 1023. The same glove carries a full article number from the manufacturer, such as 116.592. Both numbers refer to one glove.
Granberg gloves are tested to European standards. EN 388 covers mechanical risks such as cut and abrasion. EN ISO 374 covers chemical protection. EN 407 covers heat and flame. EN 511 covers cold. EN 12477 covers welding gloves, EN ISO 10819 covers anti-vibration gloves and EN ISO 21420 sets the general requirements. Where a record states it, a glove is described as EU food contact approved (EN 1186).
Some lines also list ANSI/ISEA levels, such as ANSI/ISEA 105 cut levels. EN and ANSI are separate systems with their own test methods, so read each rating on its own terms and rely on an ANSI level only when the product page lists it. Two models carry a Red Dot design award: the 9001 Kozane and the 9002.
